On December 4th, Dawn Group and China Agricultural Investment (Shandong) Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony at Dawn’s headquarters to reach a cooperation agreement on the Dawn Agricultural and Commercial Industry Complex Cooperation Project. Zhao Jing, deputy mayor of People’s Government of Longkou City, Ning Shenglong, deputy chairman of the Longkou Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and deputy director of the Longkou Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Wang Jianfeng, chairman of China National Agricultural Investment Group, Yu Xiaoning, chairman and president of Dawn Group, and vice presidents Song Huidong and Wang Keyou attended the event.

In the presence of Wang Xin, Director of the Longkou Market Supervision Bureau; Liu Jialin, Member of the Party Working Committee of Longkou Economic Development Zone, Minister of the Project Construction Department, and Director of the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park Construction Leading Group Office; members of the China Agricultural Investment team; and relevant executives from Dawn Group, Vice President Wang Keyou and Vice General Manager Wang Xuzhen of China Agricultural Investment Co., Ltd. signed the project cooperation agreement.

According to the introduction, the Dawn Agricultural and Commercial Industry Complex project is based on the existing plan of the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park. It plans to re-plan the original farmers' market in the headquarters economic zone to create an agricultural industry chain comprehensive service center based in Longkou and radiating across the country. This project not only represents an effective utilization of the park's resources but also serves as an active exploration of the integration of modern agriculture and commerce.

At the signing ceremony, Vice President Song Huidong elaborated on the project overview and development prospects in detail. He said that through the joint efforts and mutual empowerment of both parties, they would be able to give full play to the advantages of their respective fields and build the project into a new landmark in Longkou City, providing citizens with a more convenient, comfortable and safe shopping experience, promoting industrial-city integration and helping rural revitalization.

Vice President Wang Keyou introduced the overview and resource advantages of the Longkou (Dawn) New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park. He stated that the project would adopt an in-depth integration model of "Agriculture + Technology + Commerce," optimize resource allocation and achieve comprehensive industrial upgrades, lay a solid foundation for the park's sustainable development, and inject new, strong momentum into the rural revitalization of Longkou City.

Chairman Wang Jianfeng introduced the project plan and future industrial layout. He expressed hope that both parties would work hand in hand to ensure the project is completed on time, with high quality and within the required quantity. He emphasized the goal of making the project a flagship initiative that both the government could trust and the citizens would be satisfied with, contributing to the high-quality development of the local economy.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning expressed his gratitude for Longkou City's continued efforts to optimize the business environment and their strong support. He stated that Dawn’s park had always adhered to the business philosophy of "Establish fine industrial parks, develop wholly-owned enterprises, combine joint ventures, and serve foreign-funded enterprises well," as well as the principles of "Suitable for industry, business, living and tourism and Beautification, Greening, Brightening and Purification." Dawn is committed to promoting the integration of natural and industrial ecosystems. He hopes that both sides can seize this cooperation as an opportunity to build a model project for the region, establish a smart agricultural and commercial service platform, and contribute to the development of local livelihoods.

Deputy Mayor Zhao Jing fully affirmed the star enterprise status of Dawn Group in Longkou City, and said that the city would fully support the project construction, give full play to Longkou City's location, transportation and resource advantages, actively create a first-class business environment, provide all-round service guarantees, and strive to promote the project to be implemented as soon as possible and become a new engine for the coordinated development of the regional economy.
