At the inspection site, Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, reported on the project's details, as well as the development of the industrial chain, product chain, and enterprise chain. After listening to the reports on product performance, application areas, industry positioning, and future development, the inspection team fully affirmed the achievements of Dawn's high-quality development.
According to reports, the first-phase thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) production line of Dawn New Materials Expansion Project has been put into operation, the second-phase TPU and polyol workshop warehouse and ancillary facilities are under construction, and the third-phase PCTG, PETG and HNBR production equipment plans are being designed. The project adopts Dawn's independently developed multi-element catalysis, multi-monomer copolymerization, multi-component casting, multi-stage screw synthesis and other advanced processes. The products can achieve import substitution in the fields of medical equipment, food packaging, automobile manufacturing, industrial transmission and other fields. And they are the key materials for the transformation and upgrading of high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace, electronic appliances, biomedicine, and resource exploration.
The inspection team emphasized that the municipal government and relevant departments should diligently promote the construction of engineering projects, strengthen resource assurance, and foster collaborative efforts to ensure the completion of annual goals and tasks. In the next step, Dawn will firmly establish the principle of "projects as a priority," strictly control the safety and quality of project construction, strengthen the whole-process quality management and all-link safety guarantee, comprehensively improve the quality level of the project, and ensure that the project is put into production as soon as possible.
