Zhang Shaopeng visited Dawn's Headquarters Economic Zone, the 100,000-ton/year co-production process for titanium dioxide green production and sulfuric acid from sulfur, as well as the expansion of the 10,000-ton ultramarine project. He gained detailed insights into the infrastructure of Dawn Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park and the progress of key project constructions.

At the subsequent meeting, Zhang Shaopeng had an indepth discussion with Dawn's leadership, listened carefully to the future planning and layout of Dawn Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, and the various challenges in the construction of the Park, and arranged relevant departments to explore solutions on-site for these issues. He emphasized that as a model local enterprise in Longkou, Dawn Group had always played a vital role in the economic and social development of Longkou city. He urged Dawn to align with the overall development agenda of the city, focus on the construction of the New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, set high standards for planning the park's development layout, and push forward project construction on a tight schedule. Additionally, he encouraged further expansion of the industrial chain within the park, aiming to build a trillion-level industrial zone that integrates industry and urban development, thus providing strong support for the high-quality growth of the city’s economy and society. He said that all relevant departments and units should adhere to the principle of "what the enterprise needs, the Party and government will work together to achieve." He called for innovation in working approaches, strengthening resource support, optimizing services for enterprises, and solving any constraints and issues to promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises and parks.
