On August 20th, the 12th "With Flying Colors" training event organized by Dawn Group successfully concluded after 1.5 days. Nearly 50 children of Dawn employees and local village residents who have been admitted to universities in 2024 with undergraduate or higher degress participated in the event. Over the past 12 years, Dawn has awarded scholarships totaling more than 500,000 yuan for this activity, showcasing the company's sense of responsibility and commitment. Sun Ping, Deputy Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longkou City ; Yu Xiaoning, Chairman, President, and Dean of Dawn Business School; and Liu Lili, Vice President and Vice Dean of Dawn Business School, attended the event.

At the launch ceremony, Zhan Fudong, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Management Department of Dawn Group, congratulated the young students on their academic achievements. Wang Lan, a graduate student representative from Beijing University of Technology, said, "Although this training comes to an end, learning is a never-ending journey." Zhong Licheng, a doctoral student representative from Dalian University of Technology, shared his experience, stating, "From being a high school graduate to now a Ph.D. student, this is my third time experiencing Dawn closely.
