On August 3rd, Dawn Group held the 2024 Half-Year Business Analysis and 2025-2029 Strategic Release Conference at Dawn Business School, which aimed to summarize experience, analyze problems, honor excellence, inspire enthusiasm, promote the digital and intelligent transformation of Dawn Group, and promote high-quality development with new productivity. Yu Xiaoning, Dawn Group's Chairman and President, attended and spoke at the conference. Attendees included members of the Group's Board of Directors, members of the leadership team, cadres above the deputy ministerial level from various functional departments, cadres above the director level from each operating unit, and members of the Young Cadre Class.

The conference reported on the business performance of Dawn Group for the first half of 2024. The Group's leaders presented analytical reports separately in charge on operations, finance, market, industrial park, HR, IT, and equity participation enterprises. In the first half of the year, Dawn Group maintained its keen insight into the international situation, actively adjusted its strategies, achieved a significant year-on-year increase in profits, and further expanded its market share.

General managers of various industry sectors and business units highlighted key points, and further clarified the direction of work for the second half of the year, focusing on the four quantities, one efficiency, and two rates with practical implementation and tangible results. All functional departments summarized and analyzed their work in the first half of the year and also deployed key tasks for the second half of the year, laying a foundation for better consensus and achieving the annual objectives.

The conference released the strategic plan for the next five years, planning and prospecting from the aspects of industrial layout, products innovation, talent development, capital operation, park construction, and digital transformation. The leaders in charge of the three major sectors of the trade and logistics industry, polymer new materials industry, and titanium industry delivered speeches on the strategy for the next five years, anchoring the Group's grand goal of "Moving towards two 100 billion-level goals", effectively clarifying the clear direction, boosting confidence, and paving the way. 

The conference announced the prizes for excellence in the Safe Production Month, June Performance Incentive Award, Efficiency Excellence Award, Double Growth Award, Turnaround and Profit Increase Award, Comprehensive Ranking First Award, and Service Guidance Management Assessment Award. Dawn Polymer, Dawn Shengrong Small Loan Company, Dawn Indell LLC, and Shuanglong Chemical Company won the Comprehensive Ranking First Award for the first half of the year.

Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President, conducted a summary review of the business achievements and existing issues in the first half of the year, and expressed affirmation on three aspects: enterprise management, operational efficiency, and production stability. He called on all cadres and employees to work together , focus on the annual tasks, set the "reducing costs and increasing efficiency, turning losses into profits" as the goal, take the annual key tasks, actively create benefits, improve management, build engines, promote green development, and jointly write a new chapter in Dawn's development.

Chairman Yu Xiaoning took the theme of "Anchoring strategic goals, making all-out efforts in the second half of the year, and resolutely winning the full-year profit", emphasizing the need to adhere to innovations in business models, profit models, and management models, accelerate the construction of an industrial ecosystem, and enhance corporate synergy. He also streesed the need to adhere to improving basic management, strengthen basic management capabilities, enhance the level of scientific management of enterprises, accelerate institutional reforms, and stimulate organizational creativity. Furthermore, he called on to adhere to building seven high-ends, strengthen core technology research, and develop new quality productivity; adhere to solidifying the four cores, increase talent training, and enhance corporate combat effectiveness.

Race with time to live up to the glory; progress with history to win the future! Yu Xiaoning, Chairman, emphasized that the managers need to carefully calculate three accounts: time, economy, and benefit, compare three diagrams: the results of last year, the annual target of this year, and the progress of the first half of the year, and benchmark the gaps with other units. He stressed the need to step up efforts, improve efficiency, strive to be the first, and sprint forward, put the major decision-making deployment of the "two 100 billion" into action and achieve results, deliver new and excellent answers on the new path, and contribute "Dawn's power" to promoting industry progress and regional economic development.
