On March 27th to 28th, Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, went to Chengdu, Sichuan Province to attend the handover meeting of SAC/TC15 , and visited the China Bluestar Chengrand Co., Ltd to discuss cooperation matters, further expanding the industry's visibility and reputation.

During the establishment meeting and standard review conference of the 10th SAC/TC15 and the Subcommittee on General Methods and Products (TC15/SC4) held on the 28th, Chairman Yu Xiaoning was appointed as a member of the National Plastics Standard Committee, while Zhao Lei, Director of Dawn Polymer's Testing Center, was appointed as a member of the Subcommittee on General Methods and Products of the National Plastics Standard Committee. It was reported that this marked their reappointment to the aforementioned committee positions.

Standard drives innovative development and leads the industry forward. Director Zhao Lei stated, "Now, we have 5 experts serving as members in 8 national standard committees or subcommittees, with several experts appointed as provincial and municipal standardization experts." According to reports, Dawn Group has presided over or participated in the formulation and revision of more than 80 international standards, national standards, industrial standards and group standards so far.

China Bluestar Chengrand Co., Ltd is one of the earliest research institutions in China dedicated to the research of chemical new materials, and it serves as the secretariat of the National Plastics Standard Committee. On March 27th, Chairman Yu Xiaoning reached a preliminary cooperation intention with Wang Lianhe, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the institute regarding the transformation of scientific research achievements. He also extended an invitation to the institute's leadership to visit Dawn, aiming to further enhance mutual understanding, deepen cooperation, and promote development.

New productive forces call for significant standardization efforts. In the future, the standardization experts within Dawn Group will conscientiously fulfill their committee responsibilities, leverage their professional expertise and technical advantages, comprehensively enhance the advancement of standards, stimulate the efficiency of standardization, lead the high-quality development of enterprises, and contribute the "Dawn strength" to the standardization work of plastics in China.
