On March 5th, at the special promotion meeting for projects open to private capital held by the Yantai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the first batch of Yantai City's list of integrity model enterprises in 2024 was released. Dawn Group was listed among them, which was a new result of Dawn's long-term persistence and cultivation of a culture of integrity.

"Integrity, responsibility, diligence, and gratitude" are the core values of Dawn people. For more than 30 years, Dawn has always strengthened the awareness of "integrity" as the first priority, vigorously promoted the construction of honest Dawn, and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Previously, Dawn Group, Dawn Polymer, and Dawn Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. have been successively rated as Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises of Yantai City, Labor and Security Law-abiding Integrity A-level Enterprises of Longkou City, and Integrity Demonstration Enterprises of Longkou City. A large number of Dawn people were rated as "Integrity Stars".

Dawn New Materials Science and Technology Industrial Park constructed and managed by Dawn Group in Longkou City, has issued the "Park Management Measures" around honest management, established a park credit evaluation system, and conducted credit score management and star rating for enterprises entering the park. At present, 30 companies in the park have signed "Credit Commitment Letters" and established corporate integrity files to empower companies with "Integrity Power."

While "developing the enterprise and making the employees happy", Dawn insists on "repaying back to the society" and actively participates in public welfare undertakings such as improving the environment, targeted poverty alleviation, donating to education, respecting the elderly and loving relatives, and rural revitalization. A total of more than CNY 60 million has been donated, demonstrating its love and responsibility.

In the future, Dawn will combine the implementation and practice of core values to continue to promote the institutionalization, standardization and long-term effectiveness of integrity construction, improve research and development capabilities, product quality and service levels, create new competitive advantages, and make greater contributions to economic and social development.
