On February 3rd, Dawn Group held its annual summary and commendation ceremony, as well as the signing of the target responsibility for 2024, on the third floor of Dawn Lakeside Hotel, which aimed to review the work, analyze the situation, commend outstanding achievements, clarify responsibilities, and mobilize cadres and employees to continue their efforts to achieve the goals for the new year. The main venue of the meeting was set up in Longkou, Shandong, with video conference sub-venues in Qingdao, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Russia. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

In the morning, Xiao Hui, Executive Vice President of Dawn Group, reported on the operational situation of Dawn Group in 2023. The annual sales revenue increased against the trend, production and sales reached a new high, project construction progressed rapidly, investment and mergers accelerated, continuous efforts were made in technological innovation, and the corporate footprint continued to expand, significantly enhancing the overall strength of the company. Vice Presidents Song Huidong, Qiu Huanling, Wang Keyou, and Liu Lili respectively provided analyses and reports on the annual work from financial, market, park, and human resources perspectives.

Subsequently, the heads of various functional departments and the general managers of operating units successively reported on their work in 2023. They presented the completion status of key performance indicators (KPIs) and major tasks for the year, highlighted existing issues, outlined improvement measures, and scientifically deployed plans for the new year. The overall theme emphasized was "accumulate strength for the future, and win the future with wisdom."

The meeting announced the list of winners such as the 2023 Comprehensive Ranking No. 1 Award, the Fourth Quarter Efficiency Excellence Award, the Fourth Quarter Double Growth Award, the 2023 Rising Star Award for Efficiency Creation, the 2023 Multiply Increasing Plan Activity Excellence Award, and the 2024 Business Plan Development Excellence Award.

Dawn Polymer, Dawn Runhe Company, and Dawn Polymer (Chongqing) Company respectively won the first prize in the first, second, and third-class enterprise rankings. Dawn Runhe Company won the fourth quarter efficiency excellence award. Qingdao New Materials Company won the Fourth Quarter Double Growth Award. Qingdao Zhoushi Company won the 2023 Rising Star Award for Efficiency Creation. Qingdao New Materials Company, Dawn Titanium Company, and Dawn Special Elastomer Company won the 2023 Multiply Increasing Plan Activity Excellence Award. Dawn Titanium Company, Dawn International Logistics Company, Dawn Zhoushi (Longkou) Company, and Dawn Tourism Company won the 2024 Business Plan Development Excellence Award.

During the responsibility signing session, Chairman Yu Xiaoning, along with the executive management team of Dawn Group, and Executive Vice President Xiao Hui, along with the heads of various functional departments and the general managers of operating units, individually signed responsibility statements for the 2024 business objectives, safety and environmental protection, and integrity and self-discipline. In the afternoon during the concluding commendation ceremony, outstanding teams and individuals who made significant contributions in 2023 were solemnly honored. The leadership of Dawn Group awarded the winning teams and individuals with honorary banners, certificates, and bonuses. Representatives of the advanced teams and individuals delivered speeches in succession.

He also outlined the work direction for 2024.
