On October 23rd, the Yantai Municipal Committee of the CPC and the People’s Government of Yantai City held the decisive battle mobilization meeting for the fourth quarter and reward redemption meeting for the enterprises with multiply increasing. Dawn Group's subsidiaries -Dawn Polymer and Dawn Titanium Industry Company, and its joint-stock company Longgang Pump Industry Co., Ltd, were awarded more than CNY 4.8 million of the Multiply Increasing Plan. Dawn Titanium Industry Company has added green energy-saving projects, such as crystallization concentration processes, recovering waste heat from post-titanium dioxide production, waste heat recovery from kiln #3, producing aluminum sulfate in-house, and constructing roadbed materials. These initiatives have propelled their digitalization efforts and earned recognition from the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for their green product designs, ultimately enhancing the "green content" and "economic value" of their products and promoting high-quality development.

Implementing the Multiply Increasing Plan to enhance the core competitiveness. In 2022, Longgang Pump experienced rapid growth in their order volume. It successively undertook key domestic projects such as the Yulong Petrochemical Phase I and the China Petrochemical Xinjiang Kuqa 10,000-ton Photovoltaic Green Hydrogen Demonstration Project. It also assumed responsibility for significant research and development projects, like the first Chinese CO2 pipeline boosting pump for the "Qilu Petrochemical-Shengli Oilfield Million-Ton CCUS Project" and the largest single set of propane dehydrogenation project in China. These projects ran steadily, significantly strengthening its core competitiveness and achieving a 30.7% increase in output value.
