On September 7th, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation held the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Forum and the Energy Efficiency and Water Efficiency "Leaders" Awards Ceremony in Beijing. Dawn Titanium was awarded the title of "Energy Efficiency Leader" and "Water Efficiency Leader" benchmark enterprise for key energy-consuming products in the petroleum and chemical industry in 2022. Yu Xiaoning, Chairman and President of Dawn Group, was awarded the honorary titles of Advanced Energy Saving Manager and Advanced Water Saving Manager.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Dawn Titanium has consistently adhered to clean production and green development, and taken "paying attention to environmental protection and developing circular economy" as its mission. With the purpose of building an environmentally friendly enterprise and based on low-carbon and energy-saving titanium dioxide production technology, it has achieved source control in energy use.

To further reduce energy consumption, the company actively uses and promotes various energy-saving technologies, new equipment, and new processes. In the production and operation process, they have achieved significant energy savings. "Next, we will focus on ensuring the normal operation of key projects and upgrading waste heat utilization projects, promoting photovoltaic projects, and further improving resource utilization," said Li Jianli, the General Manager of Dawn Titanium.

In recent years, the company has formulated the "14th Five-Year" Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Implementation Plan" and the "Energy Management Work Guidelines." Combining with actual production, they have optimized and improved energy informatization and refined management, ensuring that energy management can be implemented effectively and annual energy-saving targets can be achieved. In 2022, after being recognized as a national-level green factory demonstration enterprise, the company also received the National Green Design Product certification, further enhancing the "green" content of the enterprise and its products.
