On the morning of September 6th, Sun Jing, the Party Secretary and Chief Prosecutor of Longkou People's Procuratorate, visited Yu Xiaoning, the Chairman and President of Dawn Group, who is also a deputy to the Shandong Provincial People's Congress. They had precise discussions, inquired about needs, and provided advice to help create a legal and business-friendly environment and promote the high-quality development of private enterprises. Wang Shizhong, a member of the Party Committee of Longkou People's Procuratorate and Director of the Political Department, as well as representatives from Dawn Group's Office of the Board of Directors, Strategic Operations Management, and Legal Affairs Department, participated in the event.

Sun Jing introduced the work of the Procuratorate and hoped that the deputies of the National People’s Congress would continue to pay attention to and support the procuratorial work, play a good role as a bridge and link, and actively provide suggestions, as well as solicit opinions and suggestions on the judicial needs of enterprise development.

In August 2017, the Longkou People's Procuratorate conducted a legal knowledge lecture on the prevention of duty-related crimes at Dawn Group, which aimed to raise employees' legal awareness, keep them away from crimes, cherish life, and remind everyone to do "self-examination, self-policing, self-discipline" at all times. Chief Prosecutor Sun Jing expressed her willingness to deepen the "co-construction between the procuratorate and enterprises" in the future, assist the enterprise in promoting the normalization of legal education, and ensure the healthy and sound development of the enterprise.

In March 2018, the first juvenile education and care base in Longkou City was established at Dawn. The "three-in-one" operating model of comprehensive coordination and supervision by the Longkou Procuratorate, management and implementation by Dawn Group, and cooperative assistance and education by social work organizations had been determined to better integrate judicial forces with social forces and promote the effectiveness of the assistance and education for minors.
