On August 23rd, the Dawn Group’s 11th expansion training event for the children who had passed the examination concluded successfully, lasting for 1.5 days. Nearly 50 children of Dawn employees and surrounding villages who were admitted to universities in 2023 with bachelor's or higher degrees participated in the event. It's reported that since 2013, Dawn Group has organized the event annually, distributed scholarships totaling more than CNY 460,000, fully embodying its mission of "developing the company, making the employee happy, and giving back to society."

The event was attended by Zhou Yuewu, a member of the Party Committee of the Longkou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and Director of the Public Employment and Talent Service Center; Gao Yue, from the Office of the Public Employment and Talent Service Center; Yu Xiaoning, Chairman, President, and Dean of Dawn Business School; and Liu Lili, Vice President and Deputy Dean of Dawn Group.

During the opening ceremony, Vice President Liu Lili congratulated the young scholars on their achievements and provided an introduction to Dawn Group's corporate culture, development history, social contributions, and its support and care for the education sector. Following that, the students had the opportunity to visit Dawn Group's headquarters, Longkou Dawn New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park, and the core enterprises within the park.

During the visit, the children of the employees took commemorative photos with their parents. The photos recorded touching scenes, "I love you" and "Dad (Mom), Thank you so much!" embodied warmth and happiness.

In the interesting outreach training activities, "Digital Castle" cultivated the spirit of self-knowledge and self-transcendence among college students, and enhanced their courage to face difficulties and meet challenges. "Be Quick in 60 Seconds” allowed everyone to fully experience teamwork and temper their will to persevere. The "Tower of Hanoi" aimed to let everyone understand themselves and diverge their thinking. In the end, everyone pasted up the "art gallery" with dexterous hands, fully showing their youthful youth and longing for a better future.

Han Huipeng, the R&D Supervisor from the TPU R&D Department of Dawn Polymer, shared his work experience with the students as a representative of the Dawn Group employees. He encouraged them to diligently pursue knowledge, maintain a grateful heart, and live up to the expectations of their families and the responsibilities of the era.

Han Siyu, a representative of undergraduate students from Shandong University of Finance and Economics, said. During her time in school, she learned about Dawn's social responsibility and reputation through the news. Song Yiyun, a doctoral student representative and a student from Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, said that she listened to her mother tell the story of Dawn's development since she was a child, and absorbed the power of growth from the subtle influence. When I visited Dawn today, the stories from my childhood were transformed into a clear scene in front of my eyes, and I was shocked by the rapid development of Dawn Group. Director Zhou Yuewu expressed that Dawn had shown tangible care for the growth of young talents through practical actions and emphasized their cultivation, which made significant contributions to talent nurturing and the socio-economic development of Longkou city. He encouraged all the students entering the realm of higher education to strive, explore, and be proactive.
