Recently, Dawn Titanium and Dawn Polymer have successively organized skill competitions to celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 32nd anniversary of Dawn Group. On the morning of June 24th, a skill competition with the theme of "Promoting the Spirit of Craftsmanship and Striving to be Technical Experts" was held at Dawn Titanium. During the opening ceremony, Chen Shouliang, the leader of the acid decomposition team in the acid decomposition workshop phase II, and Xia Aizhen, a worker in the hydrolysis calcination workshop, shared their previous competition experiences. According to the introduction, this event included six projects: trivalent titanium index detection, rutile conversion rate control, material transfer pH, neutralization pH testing, whiteness testing, and a safety theoretical knowledge quiz. These projects covered a wide range of positions, which were highly practical and closely related to the actual work. During the competition, participants from different specialties showcased their skills, engaging in extensive exchanges and mutual learning to progress together, and demonstrating the "unite and strive for excellence" spirit of Dawn Group.

At 7 a.m. on June 25th, with the order from Yu Xiaoning, Chairman of Dawn Group and Dawn Polymer, the skill competition with the theme of "showcasing skills, promoting learning through competition, and training elite talents" officially kicked off. The purpose of this event was to promote the spirit of craftsmanship, excellence, dedication, and pursuit of excellence, and to build a workforce that is skilled and innovative.
