On April 13th, the office meeting of the president of Yantai Private Enterprise Association was held in Dawn Group. Chang Hailiang, Member of the Standing Committee of Longkou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor, Qu Jingyang, Chairman of Yantai Private Enterprise Association and Chairman of Shandong Changsheng Group Co., Ltd. attended the meeting and delivered speeches. On the morning of the same day, the participating leaders and guests walked into the Longkou New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park constructed and managed by Dawn Group, visited the product exhibition halls of Dawn Bridge, Dawn Titanium Industry Company, Dawn Degradable Materials Company, Dawn Mold Plastic Company, Dawn SWT Technology Co., Ltd and Dawn Polymer, and learned about Dawn's industrial chain, product chain and enterprise chain creation on the spot.

At the office meeting of the president of Yantai Private Enterprise Association, Vice Mayor Chang Hailiang introduced the geographical location, economic indicators, and business environment of Longkou City. He said that entrepreneurs in Yantai were deeply infiltrated by Shandong’ culture, and had been always inheriting the gene of having great ambitions and daring to create great business. "I hope that all entrepreneurs and friends will enhance understanding, gain friendship and grow together through mutual learning, and contribute to promoting Yantai into the ranks of trillion-level cities."

As the host of this event, Vice President Yu Xiaoning gave a comprehensive introduction to Dawn Group's strategic goals, scientific research layout, industrial planning, and park construction. He said that as the vice-chairman unit of the association, Dawn would provide all-round, multi-level and high-quality services for the majority of member units under the leadership of the Longkou Municipal Party Committee and Longkou Municipal People’s Government, and let enterprises and entrepreneurs take root here, accelerate development and achieve take-off development.

According to reports, the Dawn New Material Science and Technology Industrial Park in Longkou City is focusing on promoting the construction of high-end polyolefin industrial chains, degradable entire industrial chains and titanium industrial chains. At the same time, they are  doing a good job in attracting investment through parks, industries, and funds. By stringing beads into chains, gathering chains into groups, and accumulating energy into potential, it aims to create an industrial park of "thousands of people and trillion-level clusters", achieve complement development with the surrounding parks of Yantai City, jointly form a trillion-level high-end low-carbon new material industrial base on the south coast of the Yellow and Bohai Seas, and contribute more Dawn power to the construction of a green, low-carbon and high-quality development pilot zone in Shandong Province.

The meeting reviewed and studied the decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee to promote the development and growth of the private economy since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the development of the private economy. When studying the key tasks of the association in 2023, President Qu Jingyang emphasized that the focus should be on five aspects: The first is to strengthen ideological and political leadership; the second is to do a good job in team building; the third is to do a good job in the internal communication activities of the association; the fourth is to go out to visit and inspect; the fifth is to organize training on the situation and policies.

In the symposium and exchange session, entrepreneurs focused on the current market situation and spoke freely, conducted in-depth discussions on the status quo of industrial development, enterprise production and operation, and future development ideas, and discussed development plans together.

Yantai Private Enterprise Association was founded in 2006, and its predecessor was the Yantai Township Entrepreneurs Association established in 1989.
