On August 10th, the Yantai Federation of Trade Unions held the launching ceremony of the establishment of the Large Enterprise Alliance of Employee Innovation and Efficiency and the achievement exhibition, which aimed to further promote the construction and reform of the industrial workforce to grow in depth and substance in the new era and fully stimulate the innovation and efficiency of employees in Yantai. Dawn Group became the first batch of member units in the Large Enterprise Alliance for the Yantai Employee Innovation and Efficiency.

According to reports, Yantai Large Enterprise Alliance for Employee Innovation and Efficiency is the first alliance organization in Shandong province to serve employees' innovation and efficiency. Led by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, it was composed of 29 innovative enterprises with a full staff at the municipal level and above, which implemented the rotation system. This was not only a political need for the high-quality economic and social development of the city, but also an inevitable requirement for the construction and reform of the industrial workforce in the new era.

The meeting requested that all alliance member units and trade union organizations at all levels should scientifically build a platform for employee innovation and efficiency, give full play to the main role of front-line employees, focus on solving practical problems in the production line, and promote the transformation of innovation results in the front line. It is necessary to give full play to the "three major advantages" of leading support, excellent technology, and positional resources, and make concerted efforts to create a brand of innovation and efficiency for employees with unique Yantai characteristics.
