PP-B pipe is a kind of hot and cold water pipe; its raw materials are block copolymer polypropylene pipe special materials; its price is relatively cheap. But its heat resistance, and pressure resistance has very large gap with that of PP-R. Under the condition of 40℃, the operating pressure of PP-R can reach 85% of that of PP-R, and under the condition of 70℃, the operating pressure can only reach about 1/2 of that of PP-R. It can be seen that the adoption of PP-B for engineering, especially for hot water, will bring great quality hazard to users.
